Vintage 1970's-1980's Knee-High Boots size 7.5 US Women's (please see measurements for best fit). Made in Italy, I'm unsure of the brand. There is a "TOPY" print on soles at toes but I believe they were added from a cobbler. Black smooth leather. Leather lined. Pull-on. Low heel. Pointed "almond" toe. Pleated section or panel above ankle for slouchy look. In Good condition with wear throughout. Freshly conditioned and . Brand new insole cushions added. Please inspect photos to see condition. Measurements take from outside and bottom of boot.
