Beautiful Victorian antique quilt.
Mostly silk and wool.
This is all handsewn- and very well made.
The strips of fabric are very thin.
The red squares represent the hearth of the home.
There are some condition issues wil loss of fabric mostly the silk black strips along the edges.
Few minor stains on the back as well as some areas of loss of fabric.
Silk is delicate!!
The back is silk.
