This dress has ruffle flutter sleeves, a ruffle V-neckline, and a full wrap front with a tie belt that loops through a hole on one side. The flowy skirt has 2 layers that create a ruffle look at the bottom. It is pre-owned, with one flaw in the material on the front right hip or run. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition.
