8-10 over air condition of the iPad. The iPod is in very nice condition. Front of the iPod has very few surface, scratching, some light scratching on the screen.
Back of the iPod on the Silver side does have scratching on the back and wear and marked on the corners and edges overall in great condition

All functions on iPod have been tested The wheel button buttons are working good headphone jack is working.
Battery life is holding up good easy 3 to 6 hours of continuous play no need to replace battery. May need to replace batteries in the future but good for now. Sometimes make slight clicking noise, but the iPod has been tested and working great.
Small, tiny black spot only noticeable when the iPod is off
Comes with 8741 songs wide variety of mostly English and some Spanish 102 Taylor Swift songs
