Before listing it I did clean it so that is why the tag was on in some pictures and then just the plastic in other pictures. This is a great jacket to be used in a multitude of outdoor locations from hunting, fishing, camping, etc. I am leaving the name tapes and rank on so that the buyer can determine their preference.
