Rare ceramic sugar bowl from the iconic “21 Club”, a famous restaurant and speakeasy that opened in 1929, and closed in 2020 due to COVID regulations. Many celebrities were known to frequent the 21 Club, such as Frank Sinatra, John Kennedy, and Ernest Hemingway. Any item from here is incredibly hard to come by, and sells quickly, hence the value. Made in France by Artoria Limoges. The only wear that you will find on this item is a couple of marks on the rim on the bottom due to age (see photo), but this is normal and doesn’t affect the items value or integrity.
