100% wool exclusively for Saks fifth Avenue rap kilt skirt measuring 21.5 inches long and 11 inches straight across the waist. Leather buckle tab closure that is adjustable at each hip. The leather is a little dry, but still very functional. Pleated at the sides and back with a flat fringe trimmed front panel. All this time I thought it was a red and black plaid but now that I have it in direct sunlight, I am noticing that it is an incredibly dark green. I thought it was black, that’s how dark it is. Probably close to a modern girls size 6, but please double check measurements. Other than the dryness to the leather, there are no noted flaws.
