Lovely brass settings with pronged blue stones and floral filigree design.
Secures with a rotating c-clasp - Genuine Art Deco Brooch (circa 1930's - 40's)?

Measures approx: 2 1/5" Wide x 1 7/8" Tall
Prongs appear to be tight and in good condition. Signs of vintage age. Brooch secures nicely.
