Vintage Incolay stone jewelry box, featuring a detailed mountain village / alpine scene etched or molded in relief on the lid. The box is handcrafted from the composite “stone & resin” material known as Incolay, produced in the U.S., and retains the original “Genuine Incolay Stone – Handcrafted U.S.A.” label under the lid.
The interior has a felt or velvet lining intact, hinge is original and shows little age & is functional. The box has naturally aged patina, light surface wear, and minor debatable discoloration consistent with vintage pieces,as this material is valued for this aging element.
